- Obtaining payment orders or judgments in debt collection cases, i.e., concerning undisputed claims in business cases for a total amount of several hundred thousand PLN, including for foreign entities. If necessary, carrying out the enforcement proceedings in these cases based on a flexible cooperation with court execution officers, and (if necessary), filing effective complaints against their actions.
- Leading the enforcement of real estate in several cases with a value of the subject of litigation of about PLN 100,000 each, including the achievement of the additional protective order by prohibition of sale of the real property of the third party in the so-called Actio Pauliana lawsuit.
