Administrative issues and administrative litigation

  • advises private clients on the direction of their administrative proceedings and on possible actions to be taken in these proceedings, e.g. motions for evidence, motions for information,
  • evaluates the legality of the administrative proceedings and the grounds for an appeal or a complaint,
  • files appeals and cassations (special appeals),
  • responses to appeals and cassations before the District Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court on behalf of private and public clients,
  • represents its clients before the District Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
