Paweł Żerański is an experienced law attorney who is a Berlin LL. M. graduate. He worked for renown Polish and internationals legal offices rendering legal services for middle and large companies.
Paweł Żerański has been involved in hundreds of disputes before administrative courts, several hundred actions for payment before courts of law and several serious disputes in the field of copyright, industrial property law and unfair competition law, as well as he has participated in several dozen court hearings before the Regional Courts and the Court of Appeal in Warsaw. His Clients include, among others, IT companies and other persons and entities operating in the field of copyright and media law.
Paweł Żerański specializes in all fields of legal services rendered for companies, in particular the copyright law, unfair competition and trademark law. Moreover, he has both practical and theoretical knowledge of the IT and telecommunication law.
Paweł Żerański prepared the PhD dissertation on copyright contracts and is an author of numerous articles published in the professional press. He speaks English and German fluently. He also speaks French.
