Wolters Kluwer has just published a great book “Internet domains, theory and practice”, edited by Dr. Ireneusz Matusiak.
This is the first such serious lecture on the legal regulation of Internet domains prepared by the eminent professional lawyers, usually with academic degrees and unquestionable reputation, arbitrators of the Internet Domains Court at PITT.
On p. 122 of this book there is a publication of law attorney Paweł Żerański, “Rights to domain names of local government units in German and French law” based on the German and French sources of law and German and French interpretations.
