Law that supports business — not slows it down

Legal support is not a separate service that sits “next to” our clients’ business. It is part of it.

That is why we do not start by selling ready-made legal products. Incorporating a company, drafting an agreement, reviewing legal risks, implementing GDPR compliance, debt recovery or transaction support are often only the first step.

Our goal is broader: to understand where the client’s business is heading, what risks may stand in its way, and what legal solutions can genuinely help it grow.

We support entrepreneurs not only when a problem appears. We help them operate in a way that prevents problems, enables safer decisions and accelerates business goals.

We understand the business first. Only then do we advise.

We do not believe in “standard clients” or “standard problems”.

An IT company, an e-commerce store, a film distributor, an agency, a manufacturer, a sales representative or a service business may operate in the same industry — but each of them has a different business model, different ambitions, different risks and a different way of making decisions.

Before we recommend a solution, we want to understand:

  • how the business works,
  • how it generates revenue,
  • how it sells,
  • what relationships it has with contractors,
  • where tensions arise,
  • what goals it wants to achieve.

This allows us to deliver more than random documents. We create legal solutions tailored to a specific business, situation and objective.

Because effective legal support begins with understanding the client.

Transparent rules of cooperation

We know that entrepreneurs want predictability. They want to know how much legal support will cost, what the scope of work will be and what to expect at each stage.

That is why we rely on clear arrangements — by email or in writing, depending on the scale of the matter and the relationship. This brings structure to the cooperation, reduces misunderstandings and allows both sides to focus on the goal.

For simple, repeatable services, we can offer a fixed fee. This may apply, for example, to incorporating a company, preparing a specific document or carrying out a defined legal review.

For more complex matters — such as stopping unfair competition, preparing a contract package for an IT implementation, restructuring a group of companies, handling a dispute or securing a larger business project — we provide indicative budgets and help clients control costs on an ongoing basis.

At the client’s request, we can report working time, keep task specifications, use a client portal or regularly update the client on the budget.

In matters where the result has a measurable financial value, a success fee may also be agreed in addition to the base fee. This allows part of the cost to be linked to the actual outcome of our joint work.

It is better to prevent than to repair

Experience shows us that the most expensive legal help is the help sought too late.

A poorly drafted agreement, the wrong legal form of business, lack of safeguards in relations with contractors, an inefficient company structure, data protection errors or a dispute that could have been avoided — all of these can cost many times more than an early consultation and a well-designed solution.

That is why our role is not limited to reacting when a problem has already appeared. We help clients make decisions earlier, more safely and with a clearer understanding of the consequences.

Good legal support is not a cost. It is an investment in the stability, security and growth of the business.

Our promise

We do not sell documents alone. We do not force problems into templates. We do not pretend that every company needs the same solution.

We give entrepreneurs legal support that understands their business, protects their interests and helps them act with confidence.

Because law should be a tool for growth — not an obstacle to running a business.
